- Speakers: Corinna Voss (Managing Director, HBI), Anita Nahal (Director at Kaizo) and Mads Bech Larsen (Partner at Radius CPH A/S)
Sustainability credentials are a non-negotiable for consumers. Failure to communicate on climate can leave you out of customers and soon out of business. Politically, publics are increasingly demanding greener policies and governments that can be trusted on the environment – locally, nationally, and internationally. So how can brands, organisations and governments ensure their messages are landing across a wide range of audiences and cultures? Juggling tone, science, trust, complexity, and intense scrutiny requires a new playbook.

- Speakers: Bill Imada (Chairman and Chief Connectivity Officer, IW Group), Patrik Schober (Managing Partner, PRAM Consulting), Steph Macleod (Director at Kaizo)
As we celebrate 15 years of the PR Lions in Cannes, this panel will dive into the creativity needed to deliver impact in earned media, and the increased value it now delivers from a corporate perspective. Despite the rise in AI innovation, human instinct and personal connections still matter in a world of news aggregation, blurred payment lines, with new partnership models and evolving strategies, all against a backdrop of distrust. Get the inside scoop with the top trade secrets to succeeding in this challenging new landscape.
15:20 – 15:45 Taking Over The Airwaves: How Weather Kids Earned Worldwide Attention
- Host: Chris Pratt, Managing Director, Burson
- Speakers: Randi Stipes (Chief Marketing Officer, The Weather Company), Derek Van Dam (Meteorologist and Weather Anchor, CNN), Boaz Paldi (Chief Creative Officer, UNDP), Carol Chan (Founder and Managing Director, Comms8), Deon Gjoni (Weather Kid)
In March this year, children from around the world took to the airwaves and broadcast a message of warning and hope about the impact of climate change on their future and an appeal for people to make a pledge to support action in climate. More than 70 broadcasters from around the world carried weather forecasts from children and many more covered the news of the forecasts. It was a story that truly took over the news across the world and across the political spectrum. Hear from the team that brought together partnerships that spanned the world and tackled the complexities of a campaign that won global recognition for the work of the UNDP in tackling the climate emergency.
15:45 – 16:10 Creativity for Good or Creativity for Survival?

- Speakers: Sergio Fernandez de Cordova (Executive Chairman PVBLIC Foundation), Vico Sharabani (Founder and CCO The Artery), Natalia Vasilyeva (EVP Marketing & Strategy at Anzu), Gilad Regev (Founder Kora), Marjan Blumberg (Strategic Communications & Advocacy Consultant, UNDP)
