ICCO Global Summit: The Change Agenda

Taking place in Mumbai this November the 2025 ICCO Global Summit will bring together global leaders in communications and public relations to address “The Change Agenda” — examining how the global public relations community can navigate and drive transformation in a rapidly evolving information landscape.

The Summit’s conversations and sessions will directly underpin the development of a comprehensive 10-point plan designed to help consultancies and in-house practitioners navigate a period of immense turbulence and transformation, focusing on the following key industry drivers:

Through keynote presentations, interactive discussions and strategic networking opportunities, participants will contribute to this framework while exploring such topics as geopolitics, AI transformation, social impact, creativity, measurement, culture, sustainability, crisis management, next generation concerns and the emerging role of communications leaders as change agents. The Summit aims to equip PR leaders with crucial insights and help organisations embrace change and turn disruption into opportunity, with the resulting 10-point plan serving as a roadmap for the industry’s future.

The 2025 ICCO Global Summit will take place from November 11 – 13, 2025 in Mumbai, India

The summit commences at 7 pm on 11th November with a welcome reception by PRCAI – the National Host Association and concludes at 4 pm on 13th November, followed by high tea.
