The ICCO Global Awards is a prestigious international competition that recognises the best in public relations worldwide. With an esteemed international jury evaluating campaigns, consultancies and individuals, the awards highlight innovation, creativity and impactful storytelling in the PR profession.
The winners are revealed and celebrated each year at an iconic venue during our highly anticipated annual gala. It’s a night to honour outstanding achievements and connect with the global PR community.

ENTRY PROCESS
- To enter, please register as a Participant and fill in the details as asked.
- For Geographic, Industry, and Specialist Awards– we require two things:
a) A4 storyboard (submitted in PDF format)
Storyboard: A storyboard should have
1. Objective
2. Strategy
3. Idea or tactic
4. Resultb) Logo of the brand whose campaign you are entering (submitted in PNG/JPG format)
- Ensure you upload a separate storyboard for every category you wish to enter.
- Home Page:
- After you register and log in, you will be able to add entries on the ICCO Awards system. On your Home page, you will see a dashboard displaying all the categories that you have entered.
- You can view your entries as well as edit them until they are locked in.
- An entry is locked in once the payment is made. Post payment, an entry CAN NOT be edited.
- All completed entries will be acknowledged online at the time of submission and a confirmation email will be sent containing details of your entry/entries. Please check all details in your confirmation email and contact us if you have any queries. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please contact awards@iccopr.com
- Any entry which is not in compliance with the entry guidelines will be disqualified.
ENTRY GUIDELINES
Any entry which is not in compliance with the entry guidelines will be disqualified.
- Entries may be submitted by organisations or their representatives, as long as full approval is sought from all parties before submission.
- The ICCO Global Awards are open to individuals & teams from consultancies and corporate communication teams.
- A campaign/project undertaken between January 2024 – May 2025 will be eligible for ICCO Global Awards 2025. The campaign may be ongoing at the time of submission.
- Avoid using special characters like (‘ * ^ “) in file names, descriptions, and titles.
- The file size of the storyboard must not exceed 2 MB.
- The storyboard must be uploaded in PDF format only.
- Ensure the font size used on the storyboard is 10 or 12, preferably Arial or Calibri font type. It should be readable.
- If you wish to share additional information, you may add up to five links on the dashboard as supporting materials.
- Ensure to provide drive access to the supporting material, failing which the entry may be disqualified.
- We do not encourage AVE to be the metrics of measurement of a campaign.
- Images and logos:
- For the Industry and Specialist categories, upload the official logos of the brand whose work you are submitting. These logos will be used in the event brochure, on the awards night, and on the website, should you get shortlisted.
- All logos submitted may be in .jpg format only and file size not exceeding 1 Mb.
JUDGING CRITERIA
- The Jury will be split into groups. Each group will review the allotted entries and pre score them based on certain set parameters.
- Geographic, Industry and Specialist Categories will be scored based on the A4 Storyboard.
- Each entry will be scored out of a total of 40. The jury pre-scores will be combined and the highest-scoring entries will form the shortlists.
- The shortlist of the Awards categories will be announced on 30 September, 2025.
- In the second phase of judging, the jury will evaluate the highest-scoring entries from the first phase and rank them to come up with the winners for each category. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 12 November 2025.
- The jury will meet to discuss the highest-scoring entries and then agree on the winner for each category. The shortlists of the Awards categories will be announced on 30 September, 2025

- The Jury will consider the storyboard as the primary source of information regarding the campaign submitted. Ensure that your storyboard is creative, informative and captures the complete essence of your campaign.
- Campaign categories – Geographic, Industry & Specialist: In these categories, the Jury will look at the strategy developed on the basis of insights, effective implementation, and tangible demonstrable results that link to your objectives in the campaign.
- Hall of Fame Award and Special Awards have been added to honour extraordinary work in the field of PR and Communications. The winners for these categories will be nominated by the ICCO Board.
